Accommodiation El Penell

Empordà and wind, we could not understand one without the other. The wind, an essential of our land, it is said that it marks the character of the people here and without a doubt its landscape. The PENELL is the weather vane in catalan, the object that allows us to know which way the wind blows.

That is why our rooms are named according to their position on the wind rose, turning the building into a large weather vane.

We have two types of accommodation, the Mestral and Garbí studios and the Ponent, Xaloc and Llevant flats.

PRICES & RESERVATIONS

STUDIOS

The two studios have a capacity for 2 people, in the Garbí and Mestral studios there is a double bed for two people.

FLATS

The three flats have capacity for 4 people, in all of them you will find a private room with two options, to have a double bed or two single beds. In the main room you will find a sofa bed that allows the stay of 2 more people.

All the accommodation is equipped with a complete kitchen, individual washbasin, shower, WIFI, smart TV, a ceiling fan and air conditioning in every room.

All of them overlook an Andalusian style cloister garden, designed to keep you cool and shaded in the summer.

Our guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy the local wine on our upper terrace, with a Catalan roof and views over the whole Empordà plain under the watchful eye of the Canigó mountain.

The musical thread is provided by the hundreds of species of birds, butterflies and all kinds of fauna and flora that are native to our area.

The municipal swimming pool is located just a 2 minute walk from the accommodation and has a BAR and offers meals in summer.
